Mike Richter

President at Brightcore Energy

Mike Richter is the current President at Brightcore Energy and was previously with Healthy Planet Partners and Environmental Capital Partners. Mike started their career as a Goaltender for the New York Rangers LLC and was with the organization for 15 years. During that time, they were a 3-time All-Star, set numerous team records, and won the Stanley Cup in 1994. In 2004, the New York Rangers retired their jersey in Madison Square Garden. In 2009, they received the Lester Patrick Award honoring their service to US hockey.

Mike Richter graduated from Yale University with a BA in Ethics, Politics, and Economics, with a focus on Environmental Policy. In 2010, they were a Catto Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

They work with James Holton - Director, Operations, Brian Dibiase - Director, Field Operations, and Joshua Soble - Director, Regional Business Development. Their manager is Rob Krugel, Co-CEO.
