Amruta Orpe

Amruta Orpe is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as Sr Manager of Global People Operations at Brightcove since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives across the JAPAC and EMEA regions to enhance employee experience and operational excellence. Previously, Amruta held various HR roles at Brightcove, including Manager of People JAPAC and Regional HR Manager, APAC, focusing on strategic HR partnerships. Prior to Brightcove, Amruta was the Manager of Human Resources at Zimplistic-Rotimatic, where foundational HR practices were developed for operations in Singapore and India. Amruta began the career at Capgemini as a Consultant in the Talent Acquisition Group, specializing in sourcing for the SAP vertical. Amruta holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Pune University and a B.Sc. in Microbiology from Fergusson College.
