Karla Rivero Melgarejo

Karla Rivero Melgarejo is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning several roles in various companies. Currently serving as a People Generalist at Brightcove since September 2019, responsibilities include benefits management, onboarding of new hires, employee support, intern and contractor management, and acting as a culture champion. Prior to this role, Karla held the position of HR/Talent Acquisition Coordinator, working with global teams on onboarding and intern recruiting.
