Michelle Chien

Michelle Chien has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of accounting. Michelle currently holds the position of Accounting Manager at Brightcove, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Sovos as the Regional Controller of North America from October 2019 to May 2021, and as the US Accounting Manager from February 2019 to October 2019. Before Sovos, Michelle was the Accounting Manager at Regal Fabrics, Inc. from April 2018 to February 2019. Michelle also served as the Assistant Corporate Controller at WellPet, LLC from January 2016 to April 2018, and as the Corporate Accounting Manager at Empirix from January 2014 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, Michelle held various roles at Bridgeline Digital, including Assistant Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant, from 2009 to 2014. Michelle also gained experience as a Senior Accountant at 170 Systems from 2006 to 2008 and at Boston Capital, where they started as a Staff Accountant in 2003 and was later promoted to Senior Accountant. Michelle began their career as a Junior Staff Accountant at MFA - Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico in 2002.

Michelle Chien attended Merrimack College from 1997 to 2002 where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Accounting.
