Kaitlyn R. has a diverse work experience beginning in 2016. Kaitlyn has held roles such as Chairman's Presenter, Captain, and Head of Business and Marketing for FIRST Robotics Team 2169 KING TeC. In 2018, they were a Virtual Assistant for Bridge For Wellness and a STEM Outreach Intern for Tulane University K-12 STEM Outreach. In 2019, they were a Green Wave Ambassador for Tulane Admissions and a Writer for Business Blockchain HQ. In 2020, they were a Founder for Dandelion, a Consultant for GreenDish, and a Tutor for Tulane University Athletics. Currently, they are a Venture For America Fellow for Venture For America and a Business Development and Marketing Associate for BrightDime.

Kaitlyn R. graduated from Prior Lake High School in 2017 and then attended Tulane University, where they earned a BSM in Management and a BA in English, with an Entrepreneurship Certificate.
