Allison Weigand has a diverse work experience. Allison started their career in 2015 as a Beauty Sales Advisor at Macy's, where they worked until September 2016. In 2019, they joined Union Home Mortgage Corp. as a Consumer Direct Sales Intern for a summer internship. Since then, Allison has worked at BrightEdge, where they have held multiple roles. Allison started as a Sales Development Representative, Associate in June 2020 and was promoted to Sales Development Representative, Specialist in November 2020. Allison continued to grow within the company and became a Sales Development Representative, Senior in June 2021. In June 2022, they transitioned to the role of Corporate Account Representative, and then in November 2022, they took on their current role as a Strategic Account Manager.

Allison Weigand began their higher education journey in 2014 at The University of Akron, where they participated in the College Credit Plus program. Allison then transferred to The University of Toledo in 2016 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Professional Sales, double majoring in these fields. Alongside their academic pursuits, Allison also obtained additional certifications, including the Hubspot Sales Software Certified from HubSpot in December 2019 and the Certified Peer Educator certification from the BACCUS & GAMMA Network in November 2017.
