Matthew Solway

Matthew Solway has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as a Sales Development Representative at BrightEdge starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Franklin Fitch from 2021 to 2022, specializing in IT Infrastructure technology. Before that, Matthew was a Bar Attendant at The Mile Castle from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they served as a Rugby Coach at Northumbria University from 2017 to 2020 and worked as an Event Coordinator at Threshold Sports from 2017 to 2019.

Matthew Solway completed their education history with a Master's degree in Business with International Management from Northumbria University, which they pursued from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from the same institution, graduating in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew has also acquired several certifications. In August 2020, they obtained the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) from the Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK. In September 2018, they achieved the Level 2 Coaching certification from England Rugby, and in November 2018, they obtained the First Aid level 2 certification from St John Ambulance.
