Michelle Phillips

Michelle Phillips began their work experience in 2000 as a Staff RN LDRP at River Oaks Hospital, where they cared for ante-partum, laboring, and post-partum patients, as well as neo-nates in the transitional nursery. Michelle also performed OR circulator duties. From 2002 to 2008, Michelle worked at the Women's Specialty Center as an RN, where they performed urodynamic testing, trained new nurses/urodynamic technicians, and managed clinic flow for two physicians. In 2008, they joined Brighter Health Network, LLC (BHN) as the Director of Clinical Operations, responsible for managing urodynamic testing services, overseeing the clinical team, and expanding the Pelvic Health Specialist resources nationally. Michelle later became the Vice President and Director of Clinical Operations at BHN.

Michelle Phillips earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing - BSN degree in Nursing Science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate Degree in Nursing from Hinds Community College in 1993-1997.
