Bert O Phillips is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation, brand strategy, and human-centered design. As the Founder of Brightest Color Imaginable since December 2016, Bert leads a boutique studio focused on helping clients enhance their understanding of humanity and create meaningful experiences. Previous roles include Head of Brand-Innovation Consulting at EPAM Continuum, where Bert oversaw a team that employed a human-centric approach to tackle client challenges, and Senior Strategist in Brand Communication at Siegel+Gale, guiding Fortune 100 and startup clients in strategic positioning and narrative development. Bert's career includes leadership positions at SYPartners, Weitz & Luxenberg, and Millberg Gordon Stewart PLLC, complemented by a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
