Niels Colson is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations management and industrial consultancy, currently serving as Co-CEO at Brighteye since January 2024, where the focus is on enhancing business gains through MOM software solutions. Prior experience includes a tenure as Managing Director at DD Engineering from December 2014 to December 2022, emphasizing innovation, automation, and sustainability in factory design. Niels co-founded AlphaZ in February 2016, providing technical and operational support for industrial enterprises, and also co-founded BluStorm in September 2014. Additional experience as a Management Consultant at BearingPoint involved leading significant transformation projects in the aerospace sector. Niels holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School.
