Lizzie Zapata Truszkowski

Lizzie Zapata Truszkowski is an experienced Recruiting Manager at BrightFarms, responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies across the Farm Support Center and nine greenhouses. Previously, at Amazon Web Services, Lizzie focused on DEI recruitment, sourcing diverse candidates for Data Centers and Infrastructure, and developing strategic sourcing methodologies.
