Crystal Lehman is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT consulting and management, currently serving as Principal Consultant and Solutions Architect at Elle Technology Solutions since August 2016. With a strong background in both strategic and operational roles, Crystal has held key positions such as Chief Technology Officer at BrightFi and Executive Director of Products at International Cruise & Excursions, where expertise in technology implementation, Agile development, and cloud-based solutions was demonstrated. Prior experience includes leading IT systems architecture for The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and managing product development at Agilysys, focusing on optimizing technology solutions for the hospitality and gaming sectors. Crystal holds degrees in Technology Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University and Business Administration from Nevada State University.
