Maureen Casey

Team Lead, Customer Success at Brightflag

Maureen Casey has extensive experience in customer success and business development roles. Maureen began their career in 2011 as a Manager, Business Development at Zeta Interactive (formerly XL Marketing). In this role, they were one of the first business development managers to package and sell social media advertising solutions.

In 2012, Maureen joined CEB as a Business Development Manager. Maureen identified and brought on new clients for CEB's Middle Market IT Research Services and successfully hit targets in North America. Maureen then moved to Sydney, Australia to work with a new market.

In 2015, Maureen joined Gartner as an Account Manager Global Events. Maureen then moved to Meltwater in 2017 as an Account Manager, Client Success. In 2018, they joined Infor as a Customer Success Manager.

Most recently, Maureen joined Brightflag in 2021 as a Team Lead, Customer Success. In this role, they are using Brightflag's artificial intelligence and machine learning to help corporate legal teams achieve visibility into their operations, streamline internal workflows, and engage with outside counsel more efficiently.

Maureen Casey obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Global Environmental Politics, and Philosophy from American University in 2010. In 2009, they also attended Victoria University of Wellington.
