Hope Weatherford

Hope Weatherford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of People and Head of Marketing at Fountain, Hope has a proven track record of enhancing recruitment functions for high-volume hiring, significantly improving candidate engagement. Additional roles include Founding Member and Contributor at Safe Space, Executive Advisor at Myriad, and a member of the Execore community focused on startup leadership.
