Kassandra M. has a diverse work experience. Kassandra began their career in 2010 with the United States Air Force, where they held various roles such as Team Lead for F-16 Aircraft Maintenance (Air Force Thunderbirds), Program Manager for Defense Acquisitions (Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center), Team Lead for A-10 Aircraft Maintenance (442nd Maintenance Group), and Team Lead for Backshop Maintenance Support & F-22 Aircraft Maintenance (15th Maintenance Group). In 2020, Kassandra began working at Shift as a Customer Success Manager and Talent Strategist. Kassandra then moved to the California Air National Guard in the same year, where they were the Director of Operations - HH-60/HC-130 Maintenance. In 2021, Kassandra joined BrightHire as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2022, they began working at Veteran's Outdoor Advocacy Group (VOAG) as the Coalition Director.
