Allen Tang

Allen Tang has a diverse range of work experience in the actuarial field. Allen began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Aon in 2017 and then became an Actuarial Associate. In 2019, Allen joined Brighthouse Financial as an Actuarial Associate and later progressed to Senior Actuarial Associate. Allen then took on roles as Managing Actuary and Director & Actuary. Prior to their work in the actuarial field, Allen worked as an Associate Consultant at Synechron, a digital and technology services provider.

Allen Tang earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Statistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from METS at Olympic High School, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Allen Tang is also expected to become a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) in 2023, an additional certification they will obtain from the Society of Actuaries.
