Babita Parashar

Babita Parashar has extensive work experience as a data analyst, with their most recent role being a Lead Data Analyst at Brighthouse Financial since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at TIAA as a Sr. Data Analyst from November 2013 to June 2020, where they served as a liaison between stakeholders and recommended solutions to achieve organizational goals. In addition, they automated lead management and reporting processes at TIAA. Before that, Babita worked as a Sr. Data/System Analyst at Bank of America from April 2012 to November 2013, where they re-engineered a loan modification control reporting system and improved data extraction scripts. Babita also gained experience as a Sr. Business Analyst and Data Analyst at Time Warner Cable from February 2011 to February 2012, where they analyzed data and created technical requirements for new business requirements.

Babita Parashar completed their Masters in Computer Applications from MITS India between 1995 and 1997.
