Caitlin Gossman

Caitlin Gossman, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Product Consultant in Annuity Product Development at Brighthouse Financial, a position held since March 2023. Prior experience includes extensive roles at Lincoln Financial Group from April 2014 to March 2023, where Caitlin held positions as Annuity Product Development Consultant and Senior Tactical Project Manager, focusing on speech analytics and continuous improvement initiatives. Additional experience includes work as a Project Administrator at DNV GL and a FINRA Registered Representative at Lincoln Financial Group, where customer service and inquiry resolution were integral responsibilities. Caitlin began her career in community education at the Allen County Solid Waste Management District and in sales at Best Buy. Caitlin holds an MBA from the University of Saint Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Public and Environmental Affairs from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
