Francesca Lopez

Francesca Lopez, MSc, SAFe, currently serves as the Director of Legacy Technology and Process Design at Brighthouse Financial, a position held since July 2022. Prior experience includes managerial roles at EY, where Francesca led a Business Systems Analyst team for an enterprise workflow management implementation, and consulting positions at Capco, focusing on banking and financial inclusion initiatives, including the development of a business model that earned recognition at the World Economic Forum. Earlier, Francesca held the position of Director at MBS Horizon, enhancing educational experiences for over 1,000 students, and contributed to various roles at The University of Manchester. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from Alliance Manchester Business School.
