Gina Pellechio Leivent

Gina Pellechio Leivent is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR partner services and business consulting. Currently serving as Head of HR Partner Services at Brighthouse Financial since August 2017, Gina previously held various roles at MetLife from July 2011 to August 2017, including HR Business Consultant II and Senior HR Representative. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at Vonage, where responsibilities encompassed full life cycle recruiting, as well as positions at Amicus Therapeutics and Bloomberg LP focused on recruitment and HR data management. Gina holds an MA in Labor and Employment Relations and a BA in Labor Relations and Psychology from Rutgers University.
