Jay Patel

Jay Patel has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In their current role, they serve as the Director - IT Operations Lead at Brighthouse Financial since 2021. Previously, they worked at EY from 2016, starting as a Consultant and progressing to Senior Consultant and eventually becoming a Manager in Transformation, Strategy, & Technology Consulting. Prior to that, Jay worked at Rutgers New Brunswick Computing Services, where they held various positions including IT Help Desk Assistant Supervisor and Residential Networking (ResNet) Supervisor and Operations Consultant.

Jay Patel has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Jay'sdegree is in Business Analytics and Information Technology (BAIT) & Information Technology and Informatics (ITI). In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner and a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
