Jeffrey Cruz -

Jeffrey Cruz has over 20 years of experience in ITIL-related roles. Jeffrey most recently served as the IT Operations Senior Manager and Philippines IT Lead at InteLogix. Prior to that, they worked at TELUS International Philippines as the IT-GNOC Manager and IT Service Management Supervisor. Jeffrey also has experience at companies such as RingCentral, Stream Global Services, TeleTech Holdings Inc., Yuprenco Trading Corporation, Speedmark Computer Sales Incorporated, Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers Inc., and Laptop Computer Sales Incorporated. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has been responsible for incident management, problem management, event management, and overseeing service desks. Jeffrey has also managed IT operations, provided technical support, and performed network traffic monitoring.

Jeffrey Cruz has an education history that includes Cisco Networks training at the University of the Philippines in 2008, Computer Technician studies at EARN School of Advance Technology from 1998 to 1999, and an AB degree in Psychology from the Philippine Normal University from 1995 to 1997.
