Sayera Qasim

Sayera Qasim is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Managing Corporate Counsel at Brighthouse Financial since October 2020, focusing on vendor contracts, distribution, intellectual property, and privacy law. Prior to this role, Sayera held senior counsel positions at Trane Technologies and Ingersoll Rand, where responsibilities included corporate functions and global procurement. Sayera's legal career began at Adams and Reese LLP and Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, along with early experience in management roles at Cintas and McMaster-Carr. Sayera holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School and a Juris Doctor from The University of Memphis—Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
