Tashia Coe

Tashia Coe serves as the Head of Workforce Solutions at Brighthouse Financial since 2015, leveraging extensive experience in operational leadership and recruitment. Previously, Tashia held the position of Director of US Operations at The Greene Group from 2010 to 2015, and prior to that, worked as a Lead Sr. Recruiter at Experis from 2008 to 2010. Tashia began the career as a Sr. Recruiter at Remedy Intelligent Staffing from 2006 to 2008. Tashia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
