Vadim Fradkin began their work experience in 2006 at MetLife as a Senior Derivatives Associate, where they supported the valuation of OTC derivatives across various markets. Vadim then progressed to roles as an Associate Director in the Derivatives Middle Office, a Director in Corporate Risk Management, and finally as an Assistant Vice President in Corporate Risk Management. In these roles, Fradkin was responsible for implementing and maintaining risk management processes, developing market risk tools and models, and ensuring the effectiveness of hedge programs. In 2019, they joined Brighthouse Financial as the Head of Variable Annuity-ALM Business Management, and in 2020, they assumed the position of Head of Capital Market Analytics VA-ALM.
Vadim Fradkin attended Virginia Military Institute from 1998 to 2000, where they studied Economics. Vadim then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Global Management at Binghamton University School of Management from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Vadim holds a certification in Financial Risk Management from GARP.
