Paul Tran has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul began their career at Xerox as a Major Account Manager, where they managed major accounts and increased the client base through various marketing strategies. Paul then joined Oracle Corporation as a Territory Manager, where they successfully launched a new commercial sales division and significantly increased sales within a short period.

After their tenure at Oracle, Paul worked as a Channel Sales Manager at Sybase / iAnywhere Solutions, managing major accounts within the High Tech Vertical. Paul demonstrated a competitive spirit and strong goal-setting abilities in this role.

Following this, Paul joined IBM Corporation and held various roles, including Software Sales Manager and Senior Business Partner Sales Manager. Paul effectively administered sales, marketing, and management responsibilities, and designed customized proposals and sales presentations. Paul also managed IBM's top partners in the West for IBM Software Group.

Paul then joined Silicon Valley Systech as the Worldwide Head of Sales and Business Development for the IBM/SAP/OSI Practice. Paul successfully built, grew, and managed the entire IBM and SAP Practice and started the Shanghai, China Practice to expand the IBM Mainframe and SAP GRC Practices.

Prior to their current position, Paul worked at Commerce Solutions Inc. as an IBM DataPower Expert. Paul obtained certifications in various IBM products and played a crucial role in the company's Service Oriented Architecture initiatives.

Currently, Paul is working at Brightidea as the Director of Strategic Accounts & Business Partnerships. In this role, they are responsible for driving market share through business partnerships, strategic initiatives, and business development. Paul also plays a key role in driving corporate innovation culture and communities at Brightidea.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated their strong sales and communication skills, proven ability to close sales, and a knack for building and managing relationships with clients and partners.

Paul Tran attended San Jose State University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
