Jorge Emilio Roa Barreto is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture. Jorge's expertise includes implementing multitenant solutions with microservices architecture, utilizing tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as designing and developing systems for effective communication between government entities, notably a project supported by USAID.
