Gary S. Rae

Gary S. Rae has over three decades of experience in the homebuilding and real estate industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Brightland Homes since October 2021. Prior to this role, Gary held various leadership positions, including Director of Construction, and Consulting Partner at The GRN GROUP. Previously, roles included Executive Vice President at Our Country Homes, Area President at M/I Homes, Division President at Ashton Woods Homes and Centex Homes, and Division Manager at Highland Homes. Gary began a career in project management at Toll Brothers and is well-versed in all aspects of residential construction and operations. Gary's educational background includes studies at Texas McCombs School of Business and Hope College.
