Mark Parenica is an experienced construction and management professional with a robust background in the homebuilding industry, currently serving as Area Manager at Brightland Homes since June 2022. Prior roles include Senior Construction Manager and Construction Manager at M/I Homes, Inc., Managing Director at Chalcedony Homes, and Project Manager positions at Imagine Homes and Flagg Coastal Homes.
