Preston Darwin

Preston Darwin is a construction manager with extensive experience in the residential building sector, currently serving at Brightland Homes since February 2024 and previously at Anglia Homes, LP from July 2022 to January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as an assistant construction manager at Meritage Homes from October 2017 to June 2022. Additional experience encompasses positions with the US Navy Reserve as a Petty Officer First Class from September 2011 to June 2022, and various roles in welding and construction, including a warranty/builder assistant at Westin Homes and welding positions at Mathis Iron Works Inc. and Repcon, Inc. Preston holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Science from San Jacinto College and graduated from Pearland High School in 2006.
