Alisha Stagg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Alisha is currently the Vice President of Product & Strategy at Brightland, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Director of Product Development at Brightland from March 2021 to January 2022.
Before joining Brightland, Alisha worked at Id Est Hospitality Group as an Advisor and later as the Interim CEO of Dry Storage Mill. In this role, they played a crucial part in launching an artisanal flour CPG brand and stone mill manufacturing facility, overseeing various aspects such as operational foundation, go-to-market strategy, financial systems, and marketing plans.
Alisha also has experience as the Managing Director at Interact Boulder, a premier food & beverage branding agency, where they led business development, financial management, and client relationships. During their time there, they achieved significant growth and success, delivering over $6M in new business, increasing agency EBITDA, and expanding the team.
As the Brand Director at The Jackfruit Company, an early-stage plant-based food company, Alisha was responsible for establishing an insights-driven innovation pipeline, managing product development, and executing marketing strategies.
Prior to that, Alisha worked at KeHE Distributors as the Senior Brand Director and Brand Director of Exclusive Brands, overseeing brand strategy, product development, and P&L oversight for nationally distributed natural and organic brands.
Alisha began their career at Target as a Sr. Business Partner, leading cross-functional projects to enhance customer perception of freshness and ensure food safety and quality within Target's produce supply chain.
Alisha also has experience as a Sales & Marketing Consultant at Western Montana Growers Cooperative, an MBA Intern at Organically Grown Company, and a Sustainability Associate at Lundberg Family Farms.
Alisha's early career includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment.

Alisha Stagg has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Yale School of Management. Alisha also holds a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) degree in Industrial Ecology from the Yale School of the Environment. Prior to their graduate studies, Alisha completed their undergraduate education at American University, majoring in International Studies with a focus on International Development.
