Tapan Dandnaik is currently the SVP Customer Service and Financial Operations at Mediacom Communications. Tapan has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the corporate world.

Tapan started their career with Ingersoll-Rand in India as a Lead Project Engineer. Tapan then moved to Australia to work for Goodman Fielder as a Summer Business Associate. Tapan then moved to AWZ.com where they were a Business Development Associate. In this role, they structured and negotiated integrated commerce, content, and distribution deals. These deals saved 25% in annual purchasing costs and attracted 1.2 million unique users and 30,000 registered users.

After AWZ.com, Tapan moved to RCN Corp where they were the Director of Corporate Initiatives. In this role, they were hand-picked by the Chairman and CEO and reported directly to him on key initiatives. Tapan is currently responsible for the corporate sales team and residential sales strategy at Mediacom Communications.

They work with Joseph E. Young - SVP, General Counsel & Secretary, Thomas J. Larsen - SVP Government and Public Relations, and Daniel P. Templin - SVP Mediacom Business. Their manager is Rocco B. Commisso, Chairman & CEO.
