Joyce Bongers

Joyce Bongers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy management and sustainability. Currently serving as Manager Energie en Utilities at Brightlands Chemelot Campus since December 2022, Joyce previously held managerial and project management roles at Mijnwater, where significant contributions included the Heatnet and LIFE4HeatRecovery projects. Joyce also led a pilot project at Maastricht UMC+ and advised on corporate social responsibility initiatives. Additional experience includes programmamanagement in sustainability at Het Laar Tilburg and various roles focused on environmental coordination and building technology. Joyce holds degrees in Building Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology and Construction from Zuyd Hogeschool, along with a Green Belt certification from Bureau Tromp.
