Lynne Calligaro

Lynne Calligaro is an experienced professional in immersive learning and instructional design, currently serving as an Immersive Learning Specialist at Brightline Interactive since February 2020, leading a significant project to develop a virtual reality training solution for police officers focused on de-escalation techniques. Prior to this role, Lynne worked as a Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting from January 2007 to October 2019, specializing in business development and immersive learning to enhance performance outcomes with various clients. Lynne also held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Windwalker Corporation from March 2004 to November 2006 and served as Executive Associate for Special Projects at the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards from August 2001 to February 2004. Lynne holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree in English from the College of Charleston.
