Fabien Lepaitre

Fabien Lepaitre has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Fabien has held senior positions at various companies, such as Brightline Trains, where they were the Sr. Director of Food & Beverage - Retail Operations, responsible for developing long-term strategies and overseeing merchandising functions. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at River Yacht Club, where they managed the construction and operations of a waterfront restaurant club and marina. Fabien also has experience as the Managing Director at Fireman Hospitality Group, General Manager at Maison Dellos, Director of Food and Beverage at Thompson Hotels, Director of Operations at Flûte Bar & Lounge, and General Manager at Petrossian Inc. Their expertise includes P&L accountability, staff management, menu development, and event planning.
