Juan Carlos Velasquez

Juan Carlos Velasquez has extensive experience in engineering and project management. Juan Carlos currently serves as the VP of Planning and Engineering for Rail Infrastructure at Brightline West Trains. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at HNTB and as a Senior Supervising Engineer at WSP USA. Juan Carlos also held the position of Senior Project Manager at CH2M HILL and worked as a Project Manager at Tetra Tech.

Juan Carlos Velasquez earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they attended from 1987 to 1992.
