Lauren H.

Lauren H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren currently holds the position of Senior Director, People Operations at Brightline since October 2020. Previously, they worked as the People Operations Lead at Branch International from November 2019 to October 2020.

Prior to that, Lauren H. worked at WorkStep where they were the Head of Community from July 2018 to August 2019 and the Head of Operations from July 2017 to July 2018.

Before their time at WorkStep, they had roles at Joyable where they served as Operations from July 2016 to January 2017 and as a Client Coach from September 2015 to July 2016.

Lauren H. also has experience in research and project management, having worked as a Research Project Manager/Research Assistant at Harvard Graduate School of Education from December 2013 to June 2015, as well as a Research Coordinator and Research Assistant at The Mind Research Network from October 2012 to November 2013.

Lauren H. received a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University from 2004 to 2008. During their time there, they studied Human Biology and Psychology. Lauren later pursued further education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master's degree (Ed.M.) in Mind, Brain, and Education.
