Cynthia Kucifer

Cynthia Kucifer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and customer experience. Currently serving as a Business System Analyst at BrightLink since May 2020, Cynthia has previously held roles as an Associate Business System Analyst and Client Success Associate. Prior to BrightLink, Cynthia worked at Xceleration Inc. as a Senior Customer Experience Professional and Customer Experience Professional from September 2017 to May 2020. At DocAuto, Inc., from June 2014 to May 2017, Cynthia fulfilled the role of Account Director, responsible for client relationships and technical presentations, among other duties. Earlier experiences include roles in sales and customer service at Intuit and the University of Georgia, reinforcing a strong foundation in customer interaction and support.
