Steve Winicki

Steve Winicki is a seasoned sales executive with extensive experience in driving business development and transforming sales organizations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at BrightLink since June 2025, Steve is also a member of The Outlier Project, emphasizing the value of human capital in business. Previously, Steve held the position of Head of Sales at Kryterion, Inc., where leadership focused on rebuilding the global sales team and enhancing strategies for new business acquisition and international expansion. Additional roles include Managing Director at Human Resource Standards Institute for a brief period, Vice President of Business Development at Examity®, and multiple leadership positions at Prometric, contributing significantly to growth objectives. Steve began the professional journey in financial sales at Waddell & Reed after earning a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from SUNY Brockport in 2004.
