Holden Tuffield

Holden Tuffield is a Senior Product Designer with extensive experience in user research, UX strategy, and design system improvements, currently employed at BrightLocal since August 2025. Previously, Holden worked at Secret Escapes from May 2022 to September 2025, where projects focused on optimizing travel booking flows through qualitative research and iterative testing, contributing to increased conversion rates and revenue. Holden's earlier roles included User Experience Designer positions at Adam Matthew Digital and Elucidat, as well as UX Designer roles at Bloomsbury Beginnings CIC, eGen Electric Scooters, and Levell, where projects ranged from responsive web apps to e-commerce site redesigns. Holden began a career as a professional photographer from January 2016 to 2019, demonstrating strong project management skills and client relationship building. Holden holds a diploma in User Experience Design from Red Academy and a degree from the University of the West of England.
