Biljana Kovač

Biljana Kovač has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Biljana began their career as a web developer and designer at ApaOne marketing agency in August 2012. In 2013, they joined Levi9 where they served as a Test Developer, Test Lead, and Mentor until July 2017. Following this, they worked as a Software Testing Engineer at Seavus from August 2017 to October 2020. Afterward, they pursued freelance graphic design services from January 2008 to March 2013. Currently, they hold the role of Scrum Master/Scrum Expert & Trainer at BrightMarbles starting from June 2021. Biljana's work experience demonstrates their versatility and proficiency in various fields such as graphic design, web development, software testing, and project management.

Biljana Kovač obtained their Master's degree in Graphic Engineering and Design from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad. Biljana attended the university from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level Certificate (CTFL) from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2020, they earned the Professional Scrum Master - PSM I certification from Scrum.org, followed by the Professional Scrum Master - PSM II certification in 2021.
