Jim Lewis is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over two decades of experience in technology and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of Brightmetrics since March 2010, Jim has led the development of cloud-based contact center analytics and workforce optimization solutions. In addition to this role, Jim serves as an investor in various companies such as GROUNDFLOOR Finance, Capiche, Credder, and HyperSciences, Inc. Previously, Jim was the CEO of Symmetry Codeworks, delivering technology consulting and software development services, and before that served as CEO of PlanIT Solutions, an IT managed services provider. Jim began their career as VP of Sales & Marketing at EveryWare, LLC, providing IT equipment to governmental agencies and major corporations.
