Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at JEBS Investments LLC and Director of Investor Lending at Brighton Bank, Spencer specializes in driving growth through strategic initiatives and tailored financing solutions for real estate investors. In addition to roles as Chief Sales Officer at Future Form Housing and Co-Owner of Sweet Clover Lane Property Investments, Spencer has founded P.A.V.E., focusing on providing essential support and education to veterans.
