Michael Holt, MBA has extensive experience in the banking and real estate industries. Michael started their career at First National Bank of Layton as a Credit Analyst in 2005. In 2006, they joined Bank of Utah as a Commercial Loan Officer and later moved to Brighton Bank in 2008 as a Senior Vice President, Branch Manager & Commercial Loan Officer. At Brighton Bank, Michael specialized in providing various types of commercial loans, including commercial real estate, construction, and SBA loans. In 2015, they became a Managing Member of Black Tree Holdings, LLC, where they actively invest in residential and commercial real estate, particularly multifamily or industrial properties.
Michael Holt completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Utah State University, from 2002 to 2005. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. In 2019, they enrolled in the CCIM Institute as a candidate, working towards a degree in an undisclosed field of study. Prior to their higher education, Michael Holt attended Viewmont High School from 1996 to 1998.
