Jennifer Walters currently serves as the Head of Senior School at Brighton College Abu Dhabi since August 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Founding Head of Senior School at Fettes College Guangzhou from January 2020 to July 2021. Jennifer's experience in education also includes serving as the Director of Sixth Form at Bedford Girls' School from September 2014 to December 2019 and working as a Teacher of English at Fettes College and Malvern College between September 2010 and August 2010. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Stirling, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Bath, and a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from the University of Stirling, alongside a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Aberystwyth University.
