Sandra Sylvester

Sandra Sylvester is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service improvement and systems change. Currently serving as a Systems Change Officer at BHT Sussex since October 2014, Sandra also held the role of Service Improvement Officer at Fulfilling Lives South East Partnership from October 2014 to March 2022. Additionally, Sandra founded and directed The Fitness Room, a gym and fitness business, from August 2010 to April 2012. Sandra is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Language Studies with a focus on French and German at The Open University, expected to complete in June 2027, and has a solid educational background with multiple A Levels and O Levels in subjects including languages, political history, and the arts.
