Ronald Thompson

Ronald Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Ronald is currently serving as the Women's Recruitment Lead for Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club since January 2020. Prior to this, they owned and managed RKM-T for over 16 years from August 2003 to January 2020. Ronald has also worked with The Football Association in various roles, including Women’s National Talent ID Coordinator, Performance Analyst, and National Scout between January 2000 and February 2017. Additionally, they have served as an External Verifier for Sports Leaders UK between November 2002 and June 2008 and held the position of Grassroots Manager at S2 Sports Marketing Ltd from August 2002 to April 2003. Ronald's early career includes roles as a Sports Development Manager at Wandsworth Council, a Sports Development Officer at Lewisham Council, and as a Self Employed Instructor at Sports Co.Instructors.

Ronald Thompson attended Southwark College from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Sport & Recreation. Ronald did not earn a degree during this time.
