Heather Baird

Heather Baird is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and community relations. Currently serving as the Director of National Business Development at Brighton Recovery Center since January 2020, Heather has previously held significant roles at Avalon Health Care Group, including Regional Director of Business Development and Director of Community Relations. Additional experience includes the position of Admissions Director at Deseret Health Group and various roles in sales and management at T-Mobile and Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. Heather earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from BYU-Pathway Worldwide between 2019 and 2022.
