Lynn Cruz

Lynn Cruz has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BrightPath Behavior since July 2018, where previous roles included Director of Business Operations and Director of Human Resources. Lynn began at BrightPath as a Registered Behavior Technician. Prior to this, Lynn worked as a Senior Associate at Mercer and held positions such as Human Resources Supervisor at The Doctors Company and Samsung Austin Semiconductor, as well as a Compensation Consultant at Radford. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
