Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson has worked in the IT industry since 2005. Andrew started their career as an Assistant Manager at Dixons Retail and then moved on to become an IT Support Analyst at Stride Treglown in 2011. In 2012, they became a Technical Support Manager at Open 24 Seven Limited, and then a Junior Developer at Brightpearl by Sage in 2014. Andrew was then promoted to 3rd Line Support & Team Lead and then to Technical Support Team Lead, where they specialized in eBay & Amazon integrations and managed internal systems such as Helpdesk & CRM platforms. In 2018, they joined Semtech as a Desktop Support Specialist.

Andrew Wilson attended John Cabot Academy from 1995 to 2002 and City of Bristol College from 2002 to 2004, studying Computer Software Engineering.
